Cedar Landings is a 110-acre Ryan Homes master plan on the US-27 corridor in south Leesburg, approved for 189 single-family homes and 118 townhomes. First-floor-owner single-family plans and an attached townhome product make it one of the most versatile new communities in the city.
The Blue Cedar PUD was approved by the Leesburg City Commission in April 2023. Buyers can compare two product types in one community, and the 25% commission gift applies to eligible new or resale purchases you make with Kelly.
